Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase, including product details, sizing (if applicable), and shipping information.


🚨 Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items Only

We will only consider refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Damaged items upon delivery

  • Incorrect items received (wrong product, size, or color)

To be eligible for a resolution, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at Team@reynelmusic.com, and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will let you know if you're eligible for a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our policy criteria.

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or ordering mistakes.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
